Harry (Nick)
Dunnington Experience and Qualifications: Nick is a life-long resident of Guildord, Roland Park and now lives with his wife and Norwich terrier, Artichoke, in Tuscany-Canterbury. He attended Boy's Latin and Johns Hopkins University, graduating from the Baltimore Institute in 1952. Received a B.S. from Towson State (now Towson University), as an art major, studied under sculptor Kevin Donnelly at the Maryland Institute College of Art. After teaching art and having served in the Army in Berlin, Germany, Nick returned to Baltimore in 1961. Shortly after, Nick founded, developed and owned Rent-A-Buggy, a company that rented beach buggies to drive along the outer banks in Virginia Beach, Virginia. President of Nichols Enterprises, a family owned realty company, Nick managed sales and rentals for over 40 years. Previously owned Upland apartments in Roland Park, Buckingham Arms in Guilford and numerous properties in Federal Hill. Nick is a member of the Johns Hopkins Club and sits on the board of the Tuscany-Lombardy Community Corporation and is an active member of the Tuscany-Canterbury Neighborhood Association, Chesapeake Norwich, Norfolk Terrier Club and Chair of the Tuscany-Lombardy Real Estate Committee. Blissfully married to his "talented" wife Kerry (author of the popular cookbook "This Book Cooks") for 23 years. Nick is the official taste-tester and a member of the Baltimore cooking club, a dinner club Kerry founded in 2004. Nick has known and respected Otts Davis for many years and is delighted to be with Chase Fitzgerald, finding homes for buyers and buyers for sellers. Hobbies: Sailing, antique car buff, cartooning and illustrating Kerry's cookbook. |
