Joining the firm in March of 2007, Del becomes the 4th generation in a long tradition of family members to work for Chase Fitzgerald & Company, Inc. He is originally from Roland Park and attended grade school at The Gilman School where he currently is very active serving on the Alumni Board of Governors as well as assisting with annual giving efforts. Following his graduation in 1999, he enrolled at the University of Maryland in College Park where he received his B.A. in the spring of 2004.

Del has seen great success throughout the first years of what will undoubtedly be a long career in the field. He has sold houses spanning the northern reaches of Baltimore County all the way to the south side of Baltimore City. His primary area of focus lies in but is not limited to Roland Park, Homeland, Rodgers Forge, Towson, Federal Hill, Locust Point, Canton, Timonium and Cockeysville.

Del spent 2004-2008 living in Federal Hill and currently lives in Rodgers Forge with his wife Meghan and their yellow Labrador retriever, Bodhi. He was elected to the Rodgers Forge Community board in September 2010 where he serves as an at-large member and manages their blog. His interests and hobbies include golf, live music, traveling, skiing and cooking. He is also a lifelong member of the Baltimore Country Club.

Del has been using the mentoring of his mother, Carol Schmidt, president of the firm and cousin, the late Otts Davis, former president, as well as his grandmother, Dorothy Ross, former partner, to develop a long and successful career in the real estate business.
