~ The Chase Fitzgerald & Company Story ~
Chase,
Fitzgerald & Company traces its beginnings to Dorothy L.
Fitzgerald. She was licensed as a broker in 1936 and founded her own
company based on the principle of offering integrity combined with
compassion and personalized service to clients. In 1967 she merged
her Company with the Roland Park Company and Chase & Davis, which
led to the Company now known as Chase, Fitzgerald & Company, Inc.
Since 1995 Chase Fitzgerald has been owned and managed by Dorothy
Fitzgerald’s granddaughter, Carol Schmidt and Arthur E.(Otts) Davis
III. her nephew, along with Dorothy Fitzgerald Ross acting as the
company’s Office Manager. The year 2007 saw the untimely death of "Otts"
Davis as well as the introduction of Delano J. Schmidt, great
grandson of Dorothy Fitzgerald. Chase Fitzgerald & Co., Inc., excels
as a fourth generation family owned and operated brokerage firm. In June
of 2008 Adam D. Cockey, Jr. joined the Company as a managing partner. Adam has a
long and formidable history and career in the Real Estate business spanning 35
years.
To
this day, Chase, Fitzgerald & Company continues to provide the same
level of quality and personalized service that the company was
founded on over 70 years ago. |
